September 24, 2007 - Black Donnelly's

Its been awhile since my last posting, lots has happened. Finished one semester at school, my daughter came down to visit. I have been taking her around London to see the sights. Two nights ago we decided to visit The Black Donnelly's place near Lucan. Found out we needed an appointment to visit the site so a time was set up and we went today. We took pictures and bought a book with all the present owner's research and photos. It is an interesting story for sure. I myself didn't find the Donnelly's aggressive or worth killing off, but then again I come from a long line of shit disturbers!

Two nights ago we decided to visit the cemetery where the bodies of the massacred Donnelly's rest. We tried to find the stone marker but had no luck in the dark. We did however feel something very odd, right under a tree I felt like my chest and face were extremely warm. My daughter also felt warm but not in the same area, it was her hands and feet. As she rounded the tree to sit on a bench she smelt cinnamon and I smelt fire the whole time I was in the cemetery. Seconds before I was joined by my daughter I saw a very distinct round blue orb, this was near the shed at the far back side of the cemetery and it went from the right to left, which I found out the next day was the direction of where the stone marker was. We were not far off at all the night before.

Other than what happened the night previous I didn't get anything at the cemetery but my daughter felt like she was being watched and felt pressure on her chest. As we got within 2 feet of the marker my daughter told me she heard "Go Away". I never heard it. I told her to touch the marker and she said no and heard "Go Away" once more. I still never heard it but that doesn't make me have any doubts that something/someone was there. While we were in the cemetery Patrick stayed with the van parked on the side of the cemetery and when we returned said that he "saw" a figure leaning up against the shed at the back of the cemetery. We were right beside this shed and saw nothing. So who knows, maybe just maybe, we experienced something to do with the Donnelly's or maybe not!!!

This is the stone marker that I was looking for in the dark and couldn't find, I think that blue orb was trying to tell me the way to the marker. This marker isn't the orignal, it as well as this new one has been vandalized by those wanting souvenirs of the Donnelly's. As you can see the shed is not far from the marker, hmmmmmm.

This is the same marker this picture was taken by Patrick on Sept. 24, 2007 I also took pictures of the same stone but I got no orbs or mist in mine. Other pictures were taken and there was no orbs or mist on them. Just these ones.

This is the tree where heat was felt by more than myself, we went back last night and didn't feel any heat what so ever.

While we were at the farm we were in the barn, see pic, and experienced some bangs in the barn, nothing spectacular but I noticed them and so did my daughter. She later told me that she felt her chair pushed forward while we listened. During the time there I noticed a golden orb or what seemed like an orb fall slowly down the wall then disappear. I don't know if this was my imagination or not. My daughter said she saw a slow moving shadow in the same area.
Previous visitors have actually slept in the barn and have had experiences, one young lady was just in the barn and the door was shut for a few seconds and exited the barn with actual hand marks on her elbow, she said that she had been pushed by someone whom she thought was her father but later found out he had been outside while she was in the barn. I think this is the only known time that anyone has been physically touched by the spirits at the Donnelly farm.

This is where I saw the golden orb and my daughter saw a shadow move slowly.

While there we took pictures of the house built after the fire when the massacre took place. In these pictures you can see "faces" in some of the windows. This has also happened to the current owners and others.
